On December 23rd, 2019, our MADANA Industry Sale starts with the “Data Producer Sale” and the “MADANA PAX (MDN) Direct Sale” at the same time.

In this blog post, we look into the details of our Industry Sale, and explain the purpose and especially the processes of each part.

Main Sale

The Main Sale part of the Industry Sale is targeted towards enterprise clients who are looking to optimize their business with our solutions. As part of the service, these companies will receive the equivalent amount of MADANA PAX (MDN) of what they pay in Euro (1€ = 1 MDN). The reason behind this is that MDN is essential for them to use and benefit from the full potential of the MADANA Platform. We allocated exactly 30 Million MDN for the Main Sale.

The main purpose of the Main Sale is to incentivize and onboard the first companies and help them connect to our patented ecosystem on a project basis. This approach leads to the systematic adoption of all the necessary participants for a working data analysis environment on our Platform.

The Main Sale consists of three stages that are launched with an interval of roughly one year:

• Data Producer: December 23rd, 2019
• Plug-In Provider: January 1st, 2021
• MADANA Nodes: January 1st, 2022

With every stage, we pave the way for the next one. For example, after building a solid foundation of data with data-producing companies, third-party data scientists will be able to create data analytics plug-ins and offer them back to the companies.

Important to know is that the previous stages, like the Data Producer Sale, continue even after the beginning of the next one.
They will all conclude after December 31st, 2023 together (or if sold out), and the remaining MDN, which were not sold in the Main Sale, will be burned.

Data Producer

The first stage of the Main Sale is the “Data Producer Sale”. In this stage, we connect with companies seeking GDPR-compliant data analysis solutions and offer to build projects for them.
We are doing this acquisition in two ways:

1. By implementing our solutions and approaching companies directly.
2. By publicly inviting companies to reach out to us, and requesting our solutions on our Industry Sale webpage.

The latter is familiarizing our possible customers with the standard and premium solutions that we are currently able to offer. The features available are examples of what we have already built for costumers in the past on a project basis.

The standard solution is starting at 50,000 € and the premium solution at 150,000 € which, by default, includes all features from the standard one.

One important thing to note is that for every Euro our customers pay for these projects, they receive an equivalent amount of MADANA PAX (MDN) as part of the service (1 Euro = 1 MDN). And because enterprise data producers are often also data consumers (Data Analysis Buyers) themselves, they can use MDN to enhance their data-driven business with the insights of all the other connected companies on the MADANA Platform.

With time, a living ecosystem of privacy- and business-intelligence-preserving data-insight sharing will emerge. Driven by our MDN cryptocurrency and our solutions, which will accelerate the adoption of our platform with every new connected company!

For everyone else who is interested in purchasing MDN, we allocated roughly ~13.6 Million MDN for direct purchases.

MADANA reserves the right to change the structure, process, and timeline of the Industry Sale anytime. Further, during the period of the Industry Sale, we reserve the right to conduct special sales and offerings of the MADANA PAX (MDN) cryptocurrency in any way beneficial for the company. All MADANA PAX (MDN) which won’t be sold after this period will be burned via an implemented function in the MADANA PAX smart contract.
